Use of the Service

• iSportSystem is an online booking system that we provide to operators (e.g., sports centers, fitness studios, leisure facilities) for managing their bookings and offers.
• The system provider (VaseWebovky Ltd.) is not a party to any reservations or agreements made between operators and their customers.
• Operators are responsible for the content of their offers and for fulfilling reservations.

Responsible Use
You must not misuse the system, disrupt its operation, or engage in any unauthorized activities (e.g., data scraping, spreading malicious code).

Accounts and Access

• If the service is used through a user account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
• The provider may suspend or disable accounts in case of violations of these terms.

Liability

• The system is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
• We are not liable for damages caused by system outages or errors, except as required by law.
• We are not responsible for the quality, content, or legality of the services or offers provided by operators using the system.

Changes to Terms

• We may update these terms. The latest version will always be available on our website.
• Continued use of the service after changes indicates your acceptance.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
